It’s been three days since Lamar Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel and since then we’ve been inundated with rumors about his current state. Some celebrities appeared to jump the gun and sent out RIP messages over social media, while others spread rumors that the Kardashians had brought their camera crew with them to film at Lamar’s bedside. However, there’s really yet to be any update on his current status in the hospital, until the following report via TMZ:
Lamar Odom’s condition has improved in a hugely important way … his heart is on the mend … TMZ has learned.
Sources familiar with the situation tell us, tests on Lamar’s heart Friday morning revealed his heart function is “much better.” Doctors have told Lamar’s friends and family this is a good sign of improvement, that a critical organ is responding.
Doctors have asked for “calm” in Lamar’s room because they do not want him stimulated …. because non-stimulation promotes healing.
Khloe Kardashian, Lamar’s estranged wife, has reportedly not left his bedside since arriving at the hospital.
Only time will tell if Lamar will be able to make a full (or even partial) recovery.
