Police in Brazil noticed an unexpected and inappropriate sight when their helicopter flew over a pool in Pomerode while assisting in a kidnapping search.
The tile in the pool had been set in the shape of a swastika. You know, the Nazi symbol.
Yea. That’s a swastika.
Local authorities say no charges would be filed, since the swastika is on private land and they say that the homeowner, who was not identified, is not promoting Nazism.
Police say the pool has had the swastika for 13 years.
I would call that promoting Nazism, but I probably have different standards than most Brazilians. South America, as you know, was a safe haven for Nazis fleeing persecution after World War II.
