News Reporter Nearly Gets Run The Hell Over By A Speeding Car That Veered Off The Road

Alex Savidge, a news reporter for KTVU based out of Oakland, just narrowly dodged getting steamrolled by a car that had struck another car, forcing it to veer off the road and jump the curb while he was doing what I assume was either a traffic dispatch or reporting on an incident that occurred in the area.

Thanks to his alert photographer, though, Savidge escaped sure catastrophe just in time. And now these guys are Bros for life:

The lesson here? Never, ever agree to do a news dispatch so close to the street.

Or rather, IN the street.
