Prince William County Police Department Paid Tribute To Fallen Officer Ashley Guindon With A Stunning Police Escort

On Saturday night 29-year-old Prince William County Officer Ashley Guindon was shot to death on her first day on the job.

Tomorrow services will be held for Officer Guindon at Hylton Memorial Chapel in Woodbridge. This evening the Prince William County Police Department paid tribute by lighting up the sky with a police procession escorting the hearse carrying her body to the funeral home. It’s a heartbreaking yet beautiful tribute to a life lost way too soon by someone in public service.

Tomorrow, thousands will line the official route to honor Officer Guindon:

Prince William County police are also collection donations for Officer Guindon’s family. It’s through the PWC Police Association, so read all about how you can help here.
