The Rock Is Reportedly Thinking About Running For President And Given The Options We Have Now, I Hope He Starts Soon

It’s not too late to run for president, right? Yes it’s June and yes the election is in November, but look at the candidates we’re most likely going to have to choose between – Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump: two bottom-tier choices that suck on Satan’s nutsack every night and then choke a few puppies with their bare hands before bed every night. We can do better than this, right? Right?

Ehhh…sort of.

I say “sort of” because voting for The Rock as our next president would surely be better than Trump and Clinton, but only in the sense that he’s a much more likable guy and less likely to incite a race riot. Dude’s got zero political experience and I doubt he’s a pro when it comes to foreign policy, but then again Trump is in the same boat and look where he is – sitting high and mighty as Republicans each come forward to begrudgingly lick his boots. At least Johnson wouldn’t make half the country cringe:

‘I’ll be honest, I haven’t ruled politics out,’ he told GQ. ‘I’m not being coy when I say that, but at the moment I am not sure.

‘I can’t deny that the thought of being governor, the thought of being president, is alluring.

‘And beyond that, it would be an opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives on a global scale. But there are a lot of other things I want to do first.’(via)

No need to get TOO excited though, as the Rock says he’s got other shit he wants to accomplish before he (tries to) conquer the oval office:
