Man Arrested For Throwing Alligator Into Wendy’s Drive-Thru – Wanna Guess The State?

We take you to Florida, because where the fuck else could this story happen, where a man threw an alligator through the drive-thru window of a Wendy’s.

Joshua James, 23, pulled up to pick up his order of food from a Wendy’s in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. The server came to the drive-thru window and handed James a drink and then went to get his food. By the time the server returned James had thrown a 3-foot-long gator through the window and into the restaurant Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC) officials said.

James was just taken into custody by U.S. Marshals this week, but his alligator stunt happened in October.

FWC said James admitted to picking up the alligator from the side of a road and though it was a super awesome idea to release it inside Wendy’s. The alligator was later released in a nearby canal.

Before you get all judgmental on Joshua, his mother has a perfectly valid reason for tossing a modern-day dinosaur into the window of a fast food restaurant – it was just a joke.

“He’s a prankster,” Joshua’s mommy, Linda James, told WPTV. “He does stuff like this because he thinks it’s funny.”

And Joshua’s mama doesn’t understand why everybody is making such a big deal of her son throwing a 3-foot-long monster into a Wendy’s.

“I don’t even get that,” his mom said. “Just a stupid prank that he did that’s now turning into this. Stupid.”

Joshua is charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator.

It’s just stupid guys. I hope Joshua’s mommy defends him in court with the “just a stupid prank” defense.
