Every woman probably wants to be told they have a nice ass — just not at work and in front of all her coworkers.
The woman, who has asked to remain anonymous, works as a waitress at Scotty’s Brewhouse in Southport, Indiana. During an event where staff was given awards, she received the trophy for “best butt” in full view of about fifty coworkers. According to the woman, other employees were given awards for things like “Best Bartender” and “Best Server.”
After winning the award for the best backside on staff, she was instructed to come and get the award and then “turn around in front of everyone so people could take pictures of her behind.” Her coworkers then took pictures of her winning buttocks.
Seriously though, the award is a stupid idea on the part of management, but the photos make this way, way worse. Think of something positive that could come from having photos of your ass on other people’s cell phones. THERE ARE NONE!
“I feel like I’m more than just a butt,” said the woman. “I feel like I’m smart, I’m going to school.” I feel like you’re soon going to be the proud owner of a restaurant or at least a huge chunk of monetary compensation.
The woman says she went to Scotty’s corporate HR and was told by upper-level management the award was not their idea. She says that so far, no one has offered her an apology.
