I’m guessing that the majority of you bros follow Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on at least one social network. Whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram you’ve probably seen The Rock sharing recent photos from the set of the Baywatch movie, specifically you’ve probably seen photos of Zac Efron looking so shredded you’d think he just stepped off the set of the 300 movie.
Truly, Zac Efron’s gotten so cut that people everywhere (both in and out of the fitness world) are wondering how in the hell he could sculpt an 8-pack of abs like that in such short time. Well, he’s finally taken to social media to shed some light on the diet and exercise routine that’s led to his body transformation, and if you’re a fitness junky you’re going to want to hear what he has to say.
First up, here are the results from Zac Efron’s Baywatch diet and fitness routine:
So as you can see above, they’ve constructed an American Ninja Warrior style course on the set of Baywatch, and Zac Efron’s working out with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson on a daily basis. This is a FACT: when you have someone like The Rock pushing your limits you’re going to see incredible results.
As for diet, here’s what Zac Efron’s been eating while training on the set of Baywatch:
Everyone deserves a cheat day, Zac’s just seems a little disgusting for my tastes. The key to his diet though:
Zero carbs & sugar. Only organic grass fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens.
That, plus you need to be doing the compound exercises used on a course like the American Ninja Warrior one.
I’m not saying if you bros follow Zac Efron’s American Ninja Warrior style training + cut out all carbs and sugar that you’ll end up with a shredded 8-pack like his, but it’ll certainly get you headed in the right direction…won’t it?
