Aaron Rodgers remains fixated on Dr. Anthony Fauci
Training camps are underway across the NFL, which means The Pat McAfee Show is on the road for interviews with coaches and players. On Monday, frequent guest Aaron Rodgers appeared on the show and had plenty to get off his chest.
During his appearance on the August 3 episode of The Pat McAfee Show, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers — gearing up for his allegedly final NFL season — sat down with McAfee and his crew to discuss numerous controversial topics, ranging from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s recent testimony (or lack thereof) to Dianna Russini and ESPN’s coverage of her scandal.

When asked the straightforward question of his mindset entering the season, Rodgers used the opportunity to call Fauci a “coward” for invoking the Fifth Amendment over a hundred times during a recent Congressional hearing.
“I’m gonna plead the 5th. Like that absolute coward Tony Fauci. Absolute coward. Are you kidding me? What are you scared of Tony? I thought you were science?” a perturbed Rodgers said.
The future Hall of Fame QB also boasted that there’s now nothing left for his detractors to say about him, noting that he’s also repaired his relationship with his family.
“What are they going to say about me now? They can’t talk about the COVID stuff because it was made in a lab in China — that’s not even questionable anymore. Tony Fauci is an absolute criminal. I’m on good terms with my family. What are you gonna say now?” Rodgers proclaimed.
“I told you I’ll be on the right side of history,” he added during his rant.

Rodgers also went off on the alleged affair between former ESPN and The Athletic reporter Dianna Russini and New England Patriots head coach, lamenting that “nobody can f—— talk about it.”

Rodgers is clearly feeling himself as he gears up for his 22nd and apparently final NFL season, which will begin at home against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, September 13 at 1 p.m. EST.
