New York Jets‘ newly acquired quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, has expressed his discontent regarding the team’s scheduled appearance on HBO’s Hard Knocks during the upcoming Training Camp.

In an interview with KPIX, Rodgers shared his feelings about the situation, stating, “They forced it down our throats, and we have to deal with it. I understand the appeal with us. Obviously, there are a lot of eyes on me, a lot of eyes on our team, a lot of expectations for our squad.”

It is expected that HBO’s cameras will capture Rodgers’ thoughts on the situation and Green Bay’s succession plan, adding an intriguing element to the upcoming season of Hard Knocks.

Rodgers, who was previously with the Green Bay Packers, faced high expectations last season, but failed to lead his team to the playoffs.

While Rodgers may not be looking forward to certain conversations or interactions with HBO’s producers, he did express his love for the show’s narrator, Liev Schreiber. Rodgers shared his admiration for Schreiber, referring to him as the “voice of God” and hoping for an opportunity to meet him.

As the cameras start rolling on July 19, all eyes will be on Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets.
