There will be no more discount double-check commercials featuring Aaron Rodgers in the future.

On Tuesday, Sportico reports that State Farm has dropped Rodgers for the upcoming 2023 season.

Rodgers has been featured in State Farm commercials since 2011 and has used the “double check” as his signature celebration throughout the years.

According to Sportico, the relationship between State Farm and Rodgers ended during the 2022 playoffs

The longtime endorsement relationship between Rodgers and State Farm ended after the 2022 NFL season, with Rodgers’ final commercial appearance for the insurer in January during the NFL playoffs. State Farm sat out the Super Bowl between the Chiefs and Eagles.

“We wish Aaron the best in his future endeavors,” a State Farm spokesperson said in an email confirming the previously unreported end to their marketing agreement.

It’s kind of strange that State Farm would drop Rodgers while he’s playing the biggest market in the NFL in New York.
