Legendary actor Al Pacino became a father at 83-years-old, and it’s not going to be cheap.

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Pacino’s 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah was pregnant with their child.

At the time, a shocked Pacino ordered a paternity test to make sure he wasn’t getting played.

According to a new report from TMZ, Pacino will pay $30k/month in child support, which could increase if he makes more money this year.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Al and his most recent girlfriend Noor Alfallah — with whom he welcomed a son named Roman back in June — just hammered out their custody agreement.

As for child support … Al is going to pay $110,000 up front and is now responsible for paying $30,000 a month in base child support. He will also have to put $15,000 per year in an education fund and could pay up to an extra $90,000 at the end of the year … depending on his earnings.

Alfallah and Pacino will share legal custody of the child, while the mother will get physical custody, and the actor will get visitation rights.

Despite the custody agreement, People is reporting that Pacino and Alfallah are still together.
