College baseball season is here, even though parts of the nation are still covered with snow in late February. It’s still early in the season, but Alabama has laid claim to arguably the most unlikely win in the country so far.

The Crimson Tide trailed Ohio State 10-0 early on in their non-conference tilt on Sunday in Jacksonville. But, a dramatic comeback was capped off by an epic homer to give them an early signature win.

Granted, it’s a loaded conference, but Alabama was picked to finish 13th out of 16 in the SEC Tournament. They haven’t hit conference play yet, but they’re off to a great start, and came into Sunday’s game against the Buckeyes at 7-0.

But, Ohio State got out to a 10-0 lead through 3 1/2 innings, capped off by this homer.

Alabama stormed back, even though they had a grand slam robbed!

The Crimson Tide cut the lead to 10-9 in the ninth inning. Then, this happened.

Have a day, Will Hodo. That was an absolute bomb, a home run fitting of a ten-run comeback. Now, the Tide are 8-0.

Ohio State drops to 1-5.
