Steph Curry has been nothing short of baffling and dazzling in his first nine games of the NBA season. Thursday night against Minnesota was no different, as the reigning MVP dropped 46 points, all of which are at your disposal in the above video. The bonus is having Marv Albert on the call doing Marv Albert things. What a perfect union of greatness.
But it doesn’t end there. Take a look at this shit against the Grizzlies from Wednesday night. A wild 3-pointer that was taken with 18 seconds left on the shot clock somehow equated to nothing but net. It’s like one of Mark Jackson’s signature tear drops, only from 90 feet out.
Seriously. What. The. Fuck. This is quickly becoming Curry’s own personal video game.
It’s difficult to think of another NBA player — past or present — who’s legitimately dangerous from half-court during live action. Sorry, J.R. Smith, pregame shoot-arounds do not count.
