Andrew McCutchen Hit An Inside-The-Park Home Run, Which Is A Lot Of Running For A Baseball Player

Reigning National League MVP Andrew McCuthen would like to see his Pittsburgh Pirates make the playoffs again, so he is doing all he can to make that happen. Last night, that included hitting a rare inside-the-park home run against the Philadelphia Phillies.

McCutchen used his knowledge of angles to drive a ball high off the centerfield wall and have it carom into no man’s land. Then he used his impressive speed to motor around the bases before the Phillies could solve for X.
