Angel Reese has finally broken her silence after being mysteriously from LSU’s last game amid some tension between her and the team.
On Friday, Reese was not on LSU’s sidelines in the team’s game against Southeastern Louisiana days after she got benched and her mom got into an online beef with teammate Flau’jae Johnson’s mom.
LSU head coach Kim Mulkey did not give any clarity on Reese’s situation after LSU’s game.
“You want me to explain why? It’s very obvious Angel was not in uniform. Angel is a part of this basketball team and we hope to see her sooner rather than later.”
On Saturday morning, Reese posted a cryptic TikTok video thanking her boyfriend, Florida State guard Cam’Ron Fletcher, for being at her side during the “light and dark” times of her life.
“They can say whatever they want about you but i know you the realist on my team. Friends for 6 years and now 6 months of dating. thank for you for being there during the light & the dark of my life.
