Anthony Edwards revealed an interesting tidbit about his diet, and many fans believe it will have one of his Timberwolves teammates fuming.

The star guard has a certain guilty pleasure that likely doesn’t fall into the recommended food groups. The admission has folks online posting hilarious responses.

In an interview with GQ Sports, Edwards talked about a few different things, one of which included his favorite snack. Take a look.

Anthony Edwards says that he eats more than 20 bags of Chester’s Hot Fries each week. At least three bags daily.

“I’ve been eating them since I was probably like 5 years old. I prefer these over any chips in the world.”

That confession had fans immediately thinking of one person. Karl-Anthony Towns.

KAT was critical of his teammate’s diet earlier in the year, saying that it makes him mad when he hears Edwards talking about how much fried chicken he’s eating throughout the week.

“Maybe I can do a better job of teaching him how to take care of his body… I know y’all think it’s funny up here when he talks about Popeyes and all that sh–. That doesn’t make me happy to hear.”

Towns got roasted by Timberwolves fans for the take, and he’s getting roasted once again following Anthony Edwards’ latest admission.

Check out what fans were saying after seeing the superstar’s snack of choice.

One fan wrote, “KAT ain’t gonna like this one.”

Another said, “Don’t show this to Karl-Anthony Towns.”

The hot fries don’t appear to be having a negative effect on Anthony Edwards’ play. He’s averaging career highs in points, rebounds, and assists. Over his last five games, he’s notched more than 30 points on four occasions.

The guard has the T’wolves positioned in fifth place in the Western Conference at 27-25. If he keeps it up, another trip to the playoffs will be in the works.
