Former Steelers, Bucs receiver Antonio Brown was arrested in Broward County over the weekend for allegedly failing to pay child support to the mother of one of his children, according to Local 10 News.

Local 10 News also shared his mugshot.

Antonio Brown’s last NFL game was during the 2021 season with the Buccaneers where shocked the NFL world by leaving mid-way through the Jets game shirtless.

Brown was in the news ever since for all the wrong reasons, including allegations from his time as an Arena Football league owner, where some players alleged he threatened them with a gun and failed to pay their salaries.

Jail records from the Broward Sheriff’s Office indicate that the 35-year-old was booked into jail around midnight on Sunday due to an out-of-county warrant. He has since been released on a $15,000 bond, per Local 10 News and arrests.org.

Wiltrice Jackson, the mother of Brown’s daughter, Antanyiah, born in 2008, stated in an interview with TMZ that Brown owes her nearly $31,000 in unpaid child support.

Local 10 News say that they’ve obtained a copy of the arrest report on Monday, revealing that Brown was taken into custody outside his Dania Beach home after entering a taxi.

You have to wonder what could’ve happened with Antonio Brown if he kept his head straight, because he was still in his prime when he last played in the NFL and he could’ve still been playing if not for all these issues.
