Antonio Brown has threatened Druski over his CTE skit
Antonio Brown, the living current/former NFL player who is perhaps most synonymous with the degenerative brain disease CTE (which cannot be officially diagnosed until after death), has issued a threat to social media comedian Druski over a sketch he made about football players with CTE.
Since retiring from the NFL and running into a litany of controversies and legal issues, Antonio Brown has leaned into the notion that he has CTE — for example, his X/Twitter bio reads #CTESPN, which has also been spun off into its own account.

Given his embrace of being the figurehead of CTE, Brown has — either knowingly or otherwise — been laughed at and not taken seriously over the issue. Up until now, he hasn’t seemed to care. Druski’s popular skit, however, seems to have struck a nerve.

While speaking with Sidetalk NYC, the former Pro Bowl and Super Bowl winning wide receiver issued a warning to Druski.
“I don’t know, it could have been,” AB said when asked if he thought Druski’s skit was about him.
“Yeah, I’m gonna f— Druski in his a–. Yo, Druski, I’m gonna f— you in the a–. Like, not directly in your s—, but, like, we’re gonna violate you, bro. We’re gonna run up him and give him a wedgie for all my CTE brothers. We gon’ get his drawers to his ears.”
As for who else is a “CTE brother,” Brown only listed former Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor.

After establishing himself as arguably the league’s best wide receiver during his time with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2010 to 2018, his career began to unravel in 2019 when he was traded to the then-Oakland Raiders.
Brown was cut by the Raiders before ever playing an official snap for the team and resurfaced with the Patriots, where he played in just four games before being cut due to allegations of sexual and personal misconduct.
While he was able to hang on in the NFL for another two seasons with the Bucs in 2020 and 2021 thanks to Tom Brady, winning a Super Bowl with the team in his first year, Brown abruptly quit on the team and literally ran off the field during a Week 17 game against the New York Jets.
