ESPN’s Adam Schefter would later confirm that Brown was indeed in New Orleans to work out with the team, which was doing their “due diligence” on him.

It’s unclear how the NFL would react if the Saints sign Brown before the playoffs considering they’re still investigating sexual assault claims made against him.
Important note: The NFL has made clear that if someone signs AB, he’s likely headed to the Commissioner’s Exempt list until his investigation is complete. https://t.co/Fax00YmAbV

Although accused of various misconduct and although he's created controversy on social media, Antonio Brown hasn't been suspended by the NFL and isn't on the commissioner's exempt list. His visit to the Saints might accelerate the NFL's decision on whether and how to punish him. https://t.co/aBaRfubMz3
