Antonio Brown Sent Steelers Fans Into Panic-Mode With ‘Trade Me’ Tweet After Loss
After two weeks of winless football, the Steelers look to be unraveling at the seams. The absence of LeVeon Bell is the least of their problems after giving the Browns their first non-loss since December 2016 and most recently giving up 42 points to rookie quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs at home.
What may be equally concerning for Pittsburgh is the discontent of star wide receiver Antonio Brown. Brown, who finished Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs with nine catches for 67 yards, left the locker room before talking to reporters after engaging in a heated conversation with offensive coordinator Randy Fichtner in the fourth quarter.
Antonio Brown throwing temper tantrums when things don’t go his way isn’t a foreign sight for Steelers fans, evident in 2017 when he tossed a water cooler on the sidelines at Big Ben missed him for a likely touchdown.
In any event, Brown created quite the stir on social media when a Twitter user suggested Browns’ success is primarily due to Big Ben and the organization that drafted him. His response:
The reactions from Steelers fans were priceless.
Imagine if AB pulls a Vontae Davis next week against the Ravens and packs up his shit at halftime. That would be legendary. For non-Steelers fans, of course.
