Since when was the last time the Pro Bowl was exciting to watch? The most recent event might have been the most exciting, as they played flag football instead.
Even so, the Pro Bowl hasn’t been all that entertaining for years. However, Arian Foster may have spilled the beans on a secret that might pique interest.
During a conversation on Barstool Sports’ Macrodosing podcast, Foster made a wild claim that NFL players are drunk during the Pro Bowl.

Hey, when you’re playing a meaningless game that’s basically a short vacation trip to a tropical location, you might as well have a few drinks, right?
Of course, there really isn’t any way of confirming Arian Foster’s claims. However, it’s still fun to speculate about.
Luckily, we’ve never seen anybody blackout drunk during the Pro Bowl. That probably wouldn’t be a great look for the NFL.
But, it’s not like pro athletes have never drunk before or during games before. Remember when Ron Artest, now known as Metta Sandiford-Artest, admitted he’d drink alcohol during halftime and play drunk out of his mind?
Or how about when Marshawn Lynch admitted he takes two shots of Hennessy before every game?
So, with that in mind, it’s not hard to believe Arian Foster’s claim at all. Especially considering how little interest most players have in participating in the Pro Bowl these days.
Of course, I’m not advocating for anyone to start drinking before playing a sport. That really doesn’t sound fun to me. I’d be a hot mess. As always, drink responsibly!
