Arizona State Baseball Player Gets Hit By A Fastball, Catches It, Throws It Back To The Pitcher

Ouch. You have to respect the cat-like reflexes of Arizona State’s Johnny Sewald. Washington State pitcher Layne Bruner pegged him with a fastball, but somehow Sewald was able to catch it on instinct with his right arm. That has to leave a bruise, right?

The announcer’s reaction is fantastic. He sounds like Jerry the King Lawler.

“This is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen on a baseball field!”

Respect.
