The Bucks took on the Bulls in an important NBA Playoff contest Wednesday night.

The Bulls landed the win to tie the series at a game apiece, which will help their chances moving forward as the two teams head to Chicago for Game 3.

While it was certainly a big one for the Bulls, one bettor had a little skin in the action, too. And they nearly cashed in on an incredible 10-leg parlay.

The slip involves 10 different in-game wagers, which all needed to hit in order to cash the ticket. In the worst of beats, nine of the ten bets landed with one seemingly easy wager just missing.

The bettor got the necessary scoring outputs from Alex Caruso, DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Vucevic, Zach LaVine, and Giannis Antetokounmpo. They also hit on assist or rebound totals from Antetokounmpo, Vucevic and Jrue Holiday, while the Bulls easily covered an adjusted line of +19.5.

It seemed like easy money with the last remaining leg being DeMar DeRozan hitting just one three-pointer. After all, he’s shooting a career-best 35.2% from beyond the arc this year. DeRozan doesn’t shoot a ton of threes but hitting one didn’t seem like much to ask.

Unfortunately, it was.

And to make things worse, he appeared to have drained a trey in the second half of action, only to have the shot turn out to be a long two.

Even the announcers thought it was a three, but upon further review, DeRozan’s foot was on the line. He’d finish 0-2 from three-point land to kill this bettor’s parlay.

At odds of around 110/1, the $5 wager would’ve turned in a cool $550. Instead, they left with nothing.

Everyone on social media felt the pain.

An absolutely brutal beat.
