2023 has been the Year of Taylor Swift and if you’re still in denial of that then you simply do not have your finger on the pulse of society. These are facts. Nobody has made more headlines and seen their stardom rise more than Taylor Swift. NFL legend Bernie Kosar can attest to that.

Former Cleveland Browns QB and Miami Hurricanes legend Bernie Kosar is a Swiftie. We have known this for weeks, ever since he was seen pregaming a Chiefs game with Taylor Swift back at the end of October where Bernie took picture with her that exploded on social media.

Now, we know that he’s drank the proverbial Kool-Aid like millions (billions?) of others thanks to this clip where Bernie Kosar loses his mind talking about Taylor Swift’s cinnamon rolls. The clip came from the ‘Tobin & Leroy’ show and has started going viral. Not because anyone is surprised that Bernie Kosar is geeking out of Taylor Swift, but because society has progressed to a point where it’s no longer shocking in the slightest when a celebrity is completely awestruck by Taylor Swift because she’s operating on the astral plane while the rest of us are back here on Earth:

Taylor Swift has been so proud of her cinnamon rolls in the past that she posted them on Instagram:

Bernie breaks it down, saying “We’re having pre-game meal and Taylor is so nice, she comes in by herself and she’s so cool. She made her homemade cinnamon rolls for Travis for pre-game meal. I’m a juicer right now trying to be vegan and gluten-free, but I absolutely had to sample some of that cinnamon roll on game day.” When asked if they were good, he chuckles and adds “oh, they were awesome.”

The full interview from ‘Tobin & Leroy’ can be listened to here on Audacy:

Here we are. Days away from the end of the year. And everyone is still losing their minds over the most mundane aspects of Taylor Swift’s life. This is, without question, a perfect representation of Pop Culture in the past year.
