A couple weeks ago, the Internet had people’s jaws fucking drop over some Baylor Bears recruit who nailed a 75-yarder as a practice field goal, showing that this teenager has some serious pop in his leg.
And while that’s cool and all, the stunt that Gunar Robinson just pulled off at the 2015 Southern Invitational Showcase football camp is a hell of a lot cooler, as he channeled his inner soccer player together with his football crushing skills for one epic field goal.
Playing soccer since I was fucking two years old, I still have trouble trying to rainbow a ball. But, for Gunar, he makes that shit look simple, doing it with ease, timing up himself up and booting the football through the uprights.
I know the NFL toyed with narrower goal posts during the Pro Bowl, but maybe incorporating this into a field goal attempt is worth considering—hell, with the degree of difficulty, it should be worth about five points!
