LeBron James has just been re-elected the major of Toronto. In a must win Game 4 of the conference semis, the Raptors were bloodbathed 128-93 by the Cavs, marking the second straight year the Cavs swept the Raptors in the second round and the third straight year the Cavs have knocked the Raptors out of the playoffs. To add insult to injury, it’s the first time the Raptors have lost four straight games since last year’s playoffs against the Cavaliers.

To add spit to the insult and injury, last night’s 35-point loss is the worst margin of defeat in an elimination game by a #1 seed against a lower seed in the history of the NBA. Toronto, following a franchise best 59-23 regular season record, became 1st No. 1 seed in 49 years to get swept before conference finals. James now has a 12-2 record against the Raptors in the playoffs. It should also be noted that LeBron’s Cavs limped ingot he second round after a Pacers team outplayed them and took them to seven games.

In summary, LeBron James is so inside the city of Toronto’s collective heads, he should be paying rent.

Following the easy sweep, Twitter produced some of its best work. Check it out below.

The anti-drug people gave him a $50 savings bond for his brave contribution to crime-fighting, and upon the bond’s maturity 10 years later, he used it to buy his very first bag of marijuana.
