The New York Yankees are in Toronto for a 4-game series against the Toronto Blue Jays. New York took game 1 of the series on Monday 7-4 and followed that up with a 6-3 win in Game 2.

Prior to the drama involving Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider, Aaron Judge made headlines but hitting a colossal home run.

Judge hit a ball so far that it smashed into Toronto’s maple leaf in center field and broke a piece off:

That was the culmination of cheating allegations being lobbed at Aaron Judge that were dismissed when Blue Jays pitcher Jay Jackson admitted he was accidentally tipping pitches to the Yankees captain.

Elsewhere in the game, Blue Jays manager John Schneider caught heat for yelling ‘shut up, fat boy’ at the Yankees dugout.

It is unclear who John Schneider was yelling at, specifically. He is looking toward the Yankees dugout (Toronto’s home dugout is to the left of home plate) when saying ‘shut up, fat boy.’ But the altercation was mixed up with John Schneider also yelling at Yankees 3rd Base Coach Luis Rojas.

Either way, John Schneider caught a lot of flack on Twitter for his comments:

Conflicted baseball fans wondering why they’re suddenly siding with the Evil Empire:

One Twitter user pointed out that John Schneider is listed at 250-pounds on Google. A lot of people on Twitter believe that is worth mentioning, I’m not sure why.
