Promoter Bob Arum Says Manny Pacquiao Would Fight Conor McGregor If Floyd Mayweather Doesn’t

A few weeks ago UFC president Dana White announced that Conor McGregor was ready to go and now they’re just waiting for Floyd Mayweather to sign a deal to make the fight happen.

“The McGregor side is done,” “I’m starting to work on the Mayweather side now.

“I’m not saying the fight will happen, but I’ve got one side done. Now it’s time to work on the other. If we can come to a deal with Haymon and Mayweather, the fight’s gonna happen.”

If Floyd Mayweather decides to back out for whatever reason it appears that Manny Pacquiao would be willing to take his place.

On Friday, TMZ sports spoke with Pacquiao’s boxing promoter Bob Arum who had a brief message for the UFC star.

“If McGregor is still looking for an opponent, Manny Pacquiao is there,”

Nice try Bob but here’s zero chance Mayweather would let anyone else step in and take away his easy pay day against McGregor from him.
