Dec 17, 2023; Glendale, Arizona, USA; San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (13) with wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (11) against the Arizona Cardinals at State Farm Stadium.

At one point in his NFL career, Brandon Aiyuk looked like the future of the San Francisco 49ers at the wide receiver position.

The former first-round pick caught 75 passes for 1,342 yards and seven touchdowns in 2023 and then signed a four-year, $120 million contract extension. But that’s when things went downhill, and quickly, between the two sides.

Aiyuk suffered a significant knee injury the following season and then left then just left the organization prior to the 2025 season. He’s also faced numerous legal issues and is currently in limbo after San Francisco voided the guaranteed portion his contract.

Most recently, Aiyuk popped up on Instagram and claimed to have signed with the Washington Commanders, but the organization has stated otherwise.

Now, Aiyuk is back on social media with a new video making several bold and bizarre accusations against San Francisco.

Brandon Aiyuk Goes Off On 49ers In New Video

“He is also the agent for the general manager of that team,” Aiyuk said in the video, referencing his former agent Ryan Williams. “And these (expletive) is all weirdos, creepy predators, I would never ever (expletive) with these (expletive). I don’t care how long I have to wait to get to you, my baby [referring to the football with the Commanders logo in his hand]. But if it involves (expletive) with them (expletive) first, I’m waiting.

Aiyuk, who reportedly hasn’t reapplied for reinstatement to the league, so he cannot officially be released by the 49ers, also claimed that San Francisco general manager John Lynch showed up at his home unannounced.

“General manager gonna pull up to my house,” he added. “A weirdo. Like, bro, don’t pull up to my house uninvited boy. (expletive) ain’t safe. But I knew his (expletive) was going to do it. So, I’m looking at my camera, my front door camera. I see a big old white boy, white man, former NFL safety, and I’m like, ‘Oh, hell no,'”

“I know my wife is about to be back home soon,” Aiyuk continued. “So, I had to call my wife and say, ‘Uh, it’s a big (expletive) white man at the house. I don’t know what he doing over there. He was not invited.’ (expletive) creepy. ‘So if you on your way home, just probably just spin the block a few times because I don’t know what bro on.'”

Aiyuk said he’s prepared to face the 49ers on October 19th when they take on the Commanders. But he still hasn’t actually signed with the Commanders. And it doesn’t sound like Washington is all that eager to make the move.

So all of these videos and posturing could look even weirder in hindsight than they do already.
