After falling to an injury scare, the Denver Broncos’ star wide receiver, Jerry Jeudy, avoided what could have been a serious injury.

New reports indicate that Jeudy will only miss a short amount of time. If that’s the case, then the situation at Denver’s joint practice with the LA Rams looked much worse than it actually is.

According to Ian Rapport and Tom Pelissero, Jerry Jeudy’s hamstring injury will sideline him for “several weeks.”

It’s unclear if he’ll be ready to go by Week 1 where the Broncos face off against the Las Vegas Raiders. Regardless, this is great news for Jeudy and Denver.

During the joint practice with the Rams, Broncos teammates rushed to Jerry Jeudy’s aid after he suffered a hamstring injury. Reports also claim that he was visibly frustrated with what transpired.

The incident looked serious at first, as the star wide receiver needed help getting on and off of the cart. But luckily, Jeudy avoided a serious injury, which is great news.

Although his Week 1 status is up in the air, the Broncos should have Jerry Jeudy back in the lineup in the early portion of the 2023 season.

All Jeudy has to do for the remainder of the offseason is get healthy.

Even so, hamstring injuries tend to linger. So, hopefully the injury heals fully. If not, then this could be something that hinders Jerry Jeudy’s campaign this year.
