Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton displayed frustration during a post-game press conference following the team’s devastating 70-20 loss to the Miami Dolphins.

The Broncos are now winless with a 0-3 record this season, and Payton’s return from retirement hasn’t yielded the desired results.

In a tense exchange with a reporter, Payton snapped, asking, “What’s the question? What’s the question?” The reporter had inquired about the “embarrassing” loss, clearly touching a nerve for the embattled coach, who curtly replied, “I just finished telling you. Next question.”

The Broncos had pinned high hopes on Payton when they traded a 1st round pick to the New Orleans Saints to secure his services.

One of their primary goals was to revitalize quarterback Russell Wilson, who had struggled in the previous season. While Wilson has shown improvement this season, the Broncos’ defense has been a glaring weakness, contributing to their winless start.

The team’s losses include defeats to the Las Vegas Raiders, the Washington Commanders, and now, the Miami Dolphins, who dealt the Broncos one of the most lopsided defeats in history.
