Browns kick returner JoJo Natson knows the NFL rulebook very well and used that knowledge to his advantage.
During the Browns-Ravens game on Sunday, Natson made a smart play when he stepped out of bounds before falling on top of the ball on long Justin Tucker kick which resulted in a penalty for the Ravens.
JoJo Natson made sure his feet were out of bounds and then touched the kickoff, making it a kick out bounds penalty on the #Ravens

The Browns were given the ball on the 40-yard-line thanks to Natson’s intelligent play and Ravens fans were not happy.
dear folk at the @NFL,#jojonatson being able to dishonor the intent of, and exploit, the out of bounds kick rule like he did is garbage. plug up the loophole by making what he did a penalty moving forward.

That’s a DUMB rule to let the guy put his foot out of bounds & call it like the ball went out #Ravens #RavensFlock
