The Milwaukee Bucks are red hot right now as they sit atop of the Eastern Conference. Giannis Antetokounmpo has been unstoppable so far, but his teammates have stepped up in a big way. Jevon Carter came through in Wednesday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, dropping a career-high 36 points. Then, he delivered the coldest line of all time during the post-game interview.

Bleacher Report shares a quick clip of Carter talking with a sideline reporter. He was on fire throughout the contest, as his 36 points helps the Bucks overcome the Thunder in a big way. However, after being asked, “at what point did you know you just had it, and you had to keep going?” Carter responds with, “When I woke up.”

He’s absolutely serious in his response too. Jevon Carter looks emotionless after delivering his response. The Bucks guard was definitely on fire on Wednesday night and he wasn’t surprised in the slightest.
This is the type of play and attitude Milwaukee could use. Any help Giannis Antetokoumpo can get will only benefit the Bucks. Perhaps Carter will become another consistent weapon this season. We sure hope so, as anyone that cold in the post-game interview deserves all the playing time they can get.
Look for the Bucks to keep their hot hand going as they take on the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night.
