‘Cam Newton Was Right’ Fans React To Brock Purdy Throwing 4 Interceptions Vs Ravens In Loss

Cam Newton is getting the last laugh when he criticized Dak Prescott and Brock Purdy.

Two weeks ago, Newton called Prescott and Purdy “game managers” while the two were the frontrunners for MVP.

“Brock, they’re not winning because of him,” Newton said on his podcast. “He’s not turning the ball over. He’s managing the game. And if we were to put that in its own right, as game managers, Brock Purdy, Tua Tagovailoa, and Jared Goff, and really, Dak Prescott…these are game managers. They’re not difference makers.”

Newton received a ton of backlash due to his comments at the time but he may have been vindicated as Purdy threw four interceptions in the team’s loss to the Ravens and Prescott lost to the Dolphins.

Fans immediately noted that Newton may have been right about his comments.
