We’re beginning to get more information on the Canelo Alvarez-Terence Crawford superfight. On Tuesday, Riyadh Season and Netflix announced that Canelo-Crawford will take place on September 13th in Las Vegas. Despite previous speculation, the fight will be promoted by UFC CEO Dana White.

The Canelo Alvarez-Terence Crawford superfight for The Ring and undisputed super middleweight championship will take place Sept. 13 in Las Vegas and will streamed globally on Netflix at no additional cost to its 300 million-plus subscribers, His Excellency Turki Alalshikh announced Tuesday.

Although the date has been announced, it remains unclear where the Canelo-Crawford fight will take place in Las Vegas. Turki Alalshikh has stated that he wants the fight at Allegiant Stadium, but the stadium is booked for a UNLV game.
T-Mobile Arena appears to be the most likely option for the Canelo-Crawford fight to take place.
