Former NBA player Carlos Boozer is back at it again with the questionable grooming decisions.

Years after going viral for his seemingly spray-painted-on haircut, the now-retired former power forward has found himself as the butt of the internet’s jokes once again thanks to a recent video he posted on Twitter.

Sharing some betting picks for the start of the NBA season on Tuesday, October 24, Boozer posted a video of himself with a beard that one user said made him look like an “Xbox 360 avatar.” At the time of this writing, that tweet has over 53,000 likes, indicating that the description is quite accurate.

As for Boozer’s picks, he likes LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers to cover the spread as +5.5-point underdogs against the defending champion Denver Nuggets and the Phoenix Suns as +1.5-point underdogs against the Golden State Warriors, who added future Hall of Famer Chris Paul during the offseason.

Boozer, 41 years old, was drafted out of Duke University by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2nd round of the 2002 NFL Draft.

After spending the first two seasons of his career with the Cavs, Boozer would go on to spend the best years of his career with the Utah Jazz from 2004 to 2010 and with the Chicago Bulls from 2010 to 2014. Boozer also spent one season with the Los Angeles Lakers and another with the Guangdong Southern Tigers in China. He also spent some time playing in the Big3 league in 2018 after retiring from the NBA.

A two-time All-Star (2007 and 2008), Boozer averaged 16 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 assists per game over the course of his 13-year-long NBA career.
