Chael Sonnen Fires Repeated Shots At ‘Two-Faced’ Jorge Masvidal After Slight

Chael Sonnen and Jorge Masvidal are two of the best trash talkers in UFC history.

So much so that Sonnen’s trash talk, especially, often landed him in fights that his resume probably didn’t say he belonged in.

Both have since retired from MMA, but that didn’t stop them from taking aim at one another this week.

The disagreement began when Sonnen took aim at The MMA Hour host Ariel Helwani during a discussion regarding Francis Ngannou’s pay.

Masvidal then came on the show on Monday and sided with Helwani, calling Sonnen “a b—-” among other insults.

Sonnen, as he does, took little time to respond on social media.

“Jorge if you wanna scrap you hafta beat one of my students first Colby Cov… Ummmm scratch that,” Sonnen wrote. “Let’s stick to things that are possible.”

But that was just the beginning.

Are you allowed to kick with the leg that’s wearing the house-arrest ankle monitor,” he then asked.

“You juice head, I bet you won’t say this stuff in person. @ChaelSonnen just keep the same energy when you see me,” Masvidal shot back on Twitter.

Nobody gets the last word in on Chael Sonnen, however.

Since I don’t spend much time in county jails, homeless shelters, methadone centers, or dodgy, unlicensed, outdoor barber-shops, it’s unlikely we’ll see each other in person anytime soon,” he said in return.

He followed that up with yet another tweet.

“…But if we DO meet in person, some advice,

-DON’T pretend to fight w/your benefactors (“ME”) to try to get heat for your (sp) failing fight promotion. It’s doomed, the $ is gone, wasted.
NO
“Man-Bun”
Seriously Bruh.
Go get a haircut where you’re not sitting on a folding beach-chair & the floor is dirt.”

What exactly all that means is anyone’s guess.

But it sure seems like a Jorge Masvidal-Chael Sonnen fight is bound to happen sometime soon.
