Chiefs QB Alex Smith Has To Leave Game Again After Taking Second Scary Hit To The Head

Early in today’s Chiefs-Colts game, Chiefs QB Alex Smith had to leave the game in put in the concussion protocol after his head slammed against the turf in the first quarter.


Smith was able to return to the game after being cleared by an independent doctor only to receive a similar hit in the second half.


Smith is currently in the concussion protocol again and was replaced by Nick Foles.
