Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce faced a different kind of off the field questions in Germany this week.
As Chiefs players prepare to take on the Miami Dolphins this Sunday, they had to field questions from international media.
Kelce, who began dating pop sensation Taylor Swift earlier this year, was asked somewhat inappropriate questions about his personal life instead of getting strictly football questions.
Towards the end of the press conference, an international reporter brought up Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift, asking, “What is the latest status, and are you in love?”
Kelce’s responded: “I got to see her last week,”, he was asked again on if he’s in love and he just shut it down: “I’m going to keep my personal relationship personal.”

It’s worth noting that Swift has been a good luck charm for the Chiefs. She has attended four NFL games this season, all of which resulted in wins for the team. These victories came against the Bears, the Jets, the Broncos, and the Chargers.
What’s even more intriguing is that when Swift is in the stands, Kelce seems to have a boost in his performance, doubling his yardage compared to games she doesn’t attend.
When asked if Taylor Swift would be attending Sunday’s game against the Dolphins, Kelce said: “When I mention if she’s going to be at the game, the Vegas line and over/under on my catches goes up and down, the spread goes up and down, so I’m just going to keep that to myself.”

Both the Chiefs and the Dolphins are currently boasting a 6-2 record, so this Sunday’s game should be great.
