According to police in Westerly, RI, a child who tested positive for the coronavirus received an autograph from Rudy Gobert when the Jazz were in Boston to play the Celtics last Friday.

Gobert tested positive for Covid-19 five days later before a game in Oklahoma City which led to the suspension of play in the NBA.

Gobert’s teammate Donovan Mitchell would later test positive for the coronavirus a day later.

As of now it is currently unclear whether Gobert passed the Coronavirus illness to the child in Boston.
