Chris Long Showed Relentless Determination To Troll Teammate Fletcher Cox’s American Airlines Complaint

Chris Long and his Philadelphia Eagles teammates might be sitting at home to watch this year’s Super Bowl on TV after being bounced in the playoffs by the New Orleans Saints a couple of weeks ago, but it doesn’t seem as if the downtime’s bringing him down. That’s because, Long just went full Twitter troll in the best of ways, showing determination to have a little fun at the expense of his teammate Fletcher Cox.

Look, we’ve all had our fair share of terrible travel stories, and, just because Fletcher Cox is a star NFL player, doesn’t mean he’s immune to such miserable experiences. Don’t believe me? Take a look at what Cox tweeted out about having to deal with an impolite flight attendant on American Airlines, saying that the guy should just try to be nicer to people.

Normal behavior while having to deal with a sh*tty travel experience, right? Take to Twitter, tag the airline, hope for a reply of apologies and move on with your life. Well, that’s where things took a little twist, because the aforementioned Chris Long did an expert job at punking Cox, changing his avatar to the American Airlines logo and tweeting out a hilarious reply.

Well done, mate, because this took some creative thinking and quick wits, with Chris Long, no doubt, making Cox think that, for at least a second, American Airlines actually told him to suck it up.

Not only did Cox reply to Chris Long, but, so too did American, giving some typical BS response about how the crew on flights should be polite and blah, blah blah. Take a look below.

Sure, American Airlines did what they were supposed to do to an unhappy customer in Fletcher Cox, but Chris Long played this even more perfectly, and I really wish it would have been what an airline could actually say to some of the wild complaints they get on social media from people. As it is, though, we at least have something to laugh at.
