Chris Russo went to battle with his chair during Wednesday’s edition of ‘First Take’ on ESPN, and lost.

Russo recently joined the ESPN crew to go head-to-head- with Stephen A. Smith on Wednesday mornings. He’s been a huge boost to the show and has undoubtedly made Wednesday mornings for sports fans much more entertaining and enjoyable.

While Russo is good for a handful of viral soundbites every Wednesday, the most entertaining thing he did during his most recent appearance involved him and his chair.

Russo slipped out of his chair while screaming about Aaron Rodgers and couldn’t quite figure out how to get back on it. Russo isn’t the tallest guy in the world, and the fact that the chair had wheels didn’t help the situation at all.

The screaming of “what’s the matter with the chair” sent Smith over the edge with laughter.

This is the second straight week where ‘Mad Dog’ Russo has had an equipment mishap on the show.

Last week, Russo’s earpiece stopped working leaving him with no way to hear what anyone else was saying on the show.
