Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has reportedly filed a grievance against NFL owners for violating the collective bargaining agreement .
According to Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman, Kaepernick claims that owners have colluded against him to keep him out of the league.
I am told that @Kaepernick7 has filed a grievance under the CBA for collusion against the owners. If accurate, this is huge.

I’m not entirely sure how plausible it is for Kaepernick to prove that owners colluded against him but it sure will be an interesting case to follow.
