Video Of College Football Fans Eating Food In Reverse At Quick Lane Bowl Is Gloriously Gross

Reverse Food Cam College Football

Bowl games are the best because there is simply no reason to have a college football game begin at 2:00 p.m. ET on a Tuesday afternoon. But that’s why they’re so awesome!

Especially when said game is being played between Bowling Green of the MAC and a team that didn’t even reach bowl eligibility. Minnesota earned an invitation to the Quick Lane Bowl at Ford Field in Detroit because of its Academic Progress Rate and took the field with a backup quarterback who left his fiancée high and dry during the wedding planning process.

The Gophers did not win six games, but there weren’t enough six-win teams to fill all of the bowl games. As a result, because of their grades, they qualified for the postseason at 5-7.

It was the perfect matinee for the day after Christmas!

Fans at the game in the Motor City purchased some snacks and chowed down on some lunch throughout the afternoon. As one does at a sporting event.

However, what they did not know is that they were being filmed…

The camera operators at the home of the Detroit Lions were very sneaky. They captured multiple videos of college football fans while they were eating, threw them all together, and played them back during the early portion of the fourth quarter— in reverse!

The Reverse Food Cam led to a lot of “ews” and “ahhs” amongst those in attendance.

So gross. So awesome.

There are people who claim that there are too many bowl games. They say that the games don’t matter. They complain about the quality of the product.

Those people have not been to Detroit, Mich. on a Tuesday afternoon to watch a one-possession Quick Lane Bowl between Bowling Green and Minnesota. Those people have not witnessed the Reverse Food Cam in all of its glory.

Perhaps most prominently — those people hate fun.

Why would you want less sports instead of more sports?!
