Colts first-round pick Anthony Richardson was on his way to having a career day before having to leave the game with an injury.

In the first half, Richardson scored two quick rushing TDs.

While scoring his second rushing TD, Richardson’s head bounced off the ground after he was tackled near the sideline.

Richardson was taken to the locker room to be evaluated with a concussion.
