Daniel Snyder may be gone, but the dysfunction within the Washington Commanders organization continues to be a problem.

After numerous claims of sexual harassment, the Jon Gruden email leaks, multiple lawsuits, and a federal criminal investigation, it looked like things might finally be turning around in D.C.

And then Washington Commanders vice president of content, Rael Enteen, went on a Hinge date.

It was on that date that Enteen was captured on video calling NFL players homophobic, fans mouth-breathing alcoholics, and the NFL’s social justice initiatives bogus.

“Over 50 percent of our roster is either white religious, ‘and God says f— the gays.’ Another big chunk is very low income African-American that comes from a community that is inherently very homophobic,” Enteen says in the video.

In another portion of the video, Enteen says, “Most of the fans, I would say, are high-school-educated alcoholics.”

He would then add the fans are violent “mouth-breathers.”

Enteen also said the Commanders lied to their fans about a water leak in the stadium that was actually sewage.

As for the NFL’s social justice initiatives, Rael Enteen told his date, “It’s performative.”

He then explained, “It’s not done out of the goodness of their heart and morality. It’s done because George Floyd changed the game. I mean that the social justice efforts are a performance for the sake of public perception and not because they want to actually push progress.”

He claims the only reason the NFL does it is to “get as much money as possible.”

“They don’t really need to pinch pennies because they have so much revenue,” he said. “Therefore, they can faux-prioritize DEI for the sake of good publicity.”

He also called NFL commissioner Roger Goodell a “$50 million puppet” who is controlled by the owners.

Enteen also said what most fans already assume, and that is that Jerry Jones really runs the league. Then he said about Jones, “I think he hates gay people and black people.”

Naturally, the Washington Commanders quickly issued a statement.

“The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization. We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will reserve further comment at this time,” said a Commanders spokesperson.
