The Washington Commander has had a dark cloud looming over the organization for quite some time. Pretty much all of the blame can be placed on the current owner Dan Snyder. Now, DC Attorney General Karl Racine drops the hammer on the team, owner, the NFL, and Roger Goodell.

Karl Racine Files Civil Lawsuit Against Commanders, Dan Snyder, NFL, And Roger Goodell

On Wednesday evening, DC Attorney General Karl Racine claimed he would make a major announcement. He did not disappoint, as he shares his official statement. Not just on Dan Snyder, but the Commanders, NFL, and Roger Goodell as well.

The reason being, Racine believes all of them are “colluding to deceive District residents about an investigation into toxic workplace culture.”

The Commanders have been under investigation for their reported toxic workplace culture for a while. However, filing a civil lawsuit against Snyder, Goodell, the franchise and the league is a big move. Additionally, Washington did themselves no favors after using running back Brian Robinson’s shooting incident as a political pawn.

The DC Attorney General left a spicy comment regarding that as well, per Nicki Jhabvala.

The dark cloud looming over the Commanders’ franchise just grew quite a bit larger. So much so, its shadow now hangs over Roger Goodell and the NFL even more than before.
