Conor McGregor Accused Of Racism After Making ‘Dancing Monkeys’ Remark On ‘Jimmy Kimmel’

by 3 years ago

In the past few days, Conor McGregor has caught some heat on the Internet after yelling “Dance for me, boy,” several times at Floyd Mayweather which many viewed as a racist remark.

Now McGregor is being criticized for describing Apollo Creed’s gym in Rocky 3 as the ones that had “the dancing monkeys in the gym”.

There are no dancing monkeys in Rocky 3 but there is one scene that depicts several black boxers training in Apollo’s gym.

McGregor has gotten away with borderline racist stuff during his career in the UFC but in the past few days he’s definitely crossed the line on what is acceptable trash talk.
