Cowboys Star Trevon Diggs Ignites Feud With Legendary Rapper Cam’Ron Over Mother Of His Child

One of the biggest stars in NFL today is currently locked in an ongoing war of words with one of the rap game’s biggest legends.

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs took to Twitter over the weekend to clap back at rapper Cam’Ron after the latter insulted Diggs and girlfriend Joie Chavis, who is currently pregnant with his child.

Chavis, 35, already has children with rappers Future and Bow Wow. While she’s currently carrying the child of 25-year-old Diggs.

This made Cam’Ron question why Diggs would be into somebody’s “leftovers” on his It Is What It Is podcast.

Diggs then took to Twitter to fire back at the rapper.

The situation bears similarities to that of 21-year-old Houston Rockets star Jalen Green and 39-year-old Instagram model Draya Michelle.

Former rapper turned podcaster Joe Budden called out Michelle, whom he called a “predator,” over the relationship between the two. Michelle is currently carrying Green’s child.

But like Michelle, Chavis is fervently defending herself.

“[Some people say], ‘Oh, she’s a gold digger,’ or, ‘She’s just having these babies to secure a bag.’ I always have worked since I was 15 years old,’” she explained. “I don’t know what it’s like to just not do anything.”

“So, I think that’s the biggest misconception, and it doesn’t bother me at all. The people that know me know, obviously, I’m so much more than that.”

Diggs and Chavis have been dating since 2022.

Diggs also has a son, Aaiden, who is seven years old and was born while Diggs was playing for Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Cam’Ron and co-host Ma$e took to the airwaves again on Sunday night to fire back at Diggs.

“First of all, I was rappin’ before you was born,” Cam’Ron said. “…But the problem is, we’re not rapping up in here. We’re talking about the situation at hand. This has nothing to do with rap.”

Diggs has yet to respond. But it doesn’t sound like the feud is dying down anytime soon.
